Q. What type of fees are associated with Video Conferencing?
A. A one time fee for installation of ISDN Lines.
Any long distance fees.
Monthly usage fees (We will gladly contact your carrier to get a quotation for you).

How do I know if Video Conferencing is a "Fit" for my company?
A. Most companies
find Video Conferencing beneficial for them if they have more than one location,
or affiliate, and have individuals that travel between them on a frequent
basis. Also, this technology enables meetings on the fly, without
leaving the office. Quite often important documents are required
and usually more readily available when working in your own environment.
Q. How do I get it?
A. Getting
Video Conferencing is very much like ordering cable TV. We coordinate installation of lines into your office with your local carrier. We try to arrange a time that is best for your schedule.
Q. Is
the unit easy to hook up?
A. Every model comes with a quick start guide that includes color coded graphics for simple and concise installation. Optional peripherals such as a computer and/or document camera can easily be connected for presentations.

How will I know when it is hooked up correctly?
A. Upon
completion of setup, we will call you and show you how to establish a connection.
Additionally, we will show you a few "sweet tricks" for a smooth conference
that will make your conferencing environment a "friendly" and professional
one.
